Strategic Plan Luncheon

Last year, our office began the process of developing a strategic plan that is intended to guide Economic Development efforts in Huron County over the next five years. As part of that effort, we invited community leaders and partners to participate in our insight sessions because of their leadership, knowledge, and commitment to Huron County. The community input played an important role in shaping the final plan, and we sincerely appreciate the time and perspective you shared.

Now that the strategic plan has been finalized, we would like share with you to our Strategic Plan Luncheon on Thursday, July 16, at the Bad Axe Steakhouse.

During the luncheon, our Executive Director, Samantha, will provide a brief overview of the strategic plan and highlight its key priorities. The remainder of the event will be an opportunity to ask questions, review the completed strategic plan, and network with other colleagues supporting economic development efforts in our community.
