Huron County Housing Conditions & Development Readiness Assessment Request for Proposals

The Huron County Economic Development Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified consultants or firms to provide housing data and assessment services. The selected consultant will produce a comprehensive, data-driven Housing Conditions and Development Readiness Assessment to establish a baseline understanding of housing conditions and development readiness across Huron County. The results of this assessment will inform the EDC’s phased housing systems work and may lead to subsequent analyses such as a Target Market Analysis, Market Feasibility Study, or Strategic Implementation Plan depending on the findings of the baseline assessment.
