- The entire wind farm is capable of generating 69 MW of power.
- The wind farm consists of 46 GE SLE Turbines cabable of creating 1.5 MW of power each.
- It has a 34.5 kV Collector System
- It has 10.2 miles of access roads
- It is the first commercial-scale wind farm in Michigan
- The wind farm generates enough electricity to power approximately 18,000 households annually
- The windmills offset the equivalent of 160,000 tons carbon dioxide emissions to the atmosphere annually
- The wind farm generates additional tax revenue.
- Harvest Winds provide, income to local landowners with a turbine site(s) or transmission corridors on their property through annual lease payments
