Harbor Beach Lighthouse is now open for summer tours, Point aux Barques Light in Port Hope is home to a unique maritime museum, while the Port Austin Reef Light stands as a sentinal offshore. Harbor Beach Lighthouse

HB Lighthouse has guided mariners since the 1870's. The lighthouse, a mile off shore, sits 54 feet above the lake surface. In 2010, ownership of the lighthouse was transferred to the City of HB. Tours are available in the summer (June -August) on Sat.

Located at the Huron City Museums, the Life Saving Station was built in 1876. The building was preserved and moved from Pointe Aux Barques to its present location. Many lighthouse artifacts on display. Visit http://huroncitymuseums.org for more info.

  

Pointe aux Barques Lighthouse

Lighthouse County Park, Port Austin, MI 48467

Located 6 miles N. of Port Hope in Lighthouse County Park. Orignal lighthouse built in 1848, this lighthouse still functions as a navigational aid to mariners on Lake Huron. The museum is open Mem. Day to Sept. 30, donations are welcome.

Located 2.5 miles north of Port Austin Harbor in Lake Huron, Dates back to March 1873, rebuilt in 1899 today it is mainted by the Port Austin Reef Lighthouse Assoc. it was decommissioned in 1984. Visitors Center in PA has artifacts, etc.
