The Blue Spruce and Lucky Horseshoe Motels are located  downtown,  just a short 3 blocks from the Harbor.  Twenty six motel rooms, cabins and  a three bedroom cottage are nestled over  2 acres. You can sit by the fire pit to enjoy the stars, or how about a picnic in one of our two common areas with picnic tables and grills. We were so excited to add a brand new heated pool for our guests in 2005.  Just bring your pool towels and relax in the sun!   Each motel room and all the cabins, except for the cottage, are air conditioned, to make your stay more comfortable.   We bought the Blue Spruce with it's original five motel rooms in 1995 and renovated them.  We added two new cabins a few years later and in 1999 we built eight new non-smoking rooms.  We've been steadily renovating the Lucky Horseshoe since it's purchase in 2001 and built two 2-bedroom cabins in 2004.  The three bedroom cottage was acquired in 2005.  It was originally built as a carriage house in the late 1800's and converted to a cottage later.  The original stone fireplace is still there, although it's no longer functioning.  The parking lot at the Blue Spruce is black topped and there is ample boat parking at the Lucky Horseshoe.  Sorry, but no pets are allowed.

	June 16th - Sept. 5th: $69-$109 (2 night minimum stay Friday & Saturdy for rooms in advance during July & August)
	Sept. 6th-Dec. 31st: $49-$69
	3 night minimum stay to book rooms in advance for Memorial and Labor Day Weekends.  There is five night minimum stay to book 4th of July Week.
