Beaches & Camps - Port Crescent State Park

The park has 600 acres of woods, wetlands, (3) miles of sandy beach and the best sand dunes on the eastern side of the state. Located at 5 miles S.W. of Port Austin on M-25, our modern campground has 137 campsites.  There is a Day Use area where visitors may swim, hike, picnic or ski during the winter months.  Woodchipped trails traverse 3 1/2 miles of the Day Use area where hikers, joggers, skiers and hunters all enjoy the great outdoors.  Reservations may be at 1-800-447-2757 or campsites may be hooked on line 6 months in advance at www.michigan.gov/dnr.  All vehicles entering all portions of the park must have a valid State Park Motor Vehicle Permit; Annual, Daily, or Senior Citizen.
